We nurture and equip pastors, their spouses and ministry leaders so they can lead healthy ministries.
Romans 12 Ministries walks alongside pastors and ministry leaders, strengthening their relationships, marriages, and communities that help them stay healthy to fulfill their calling.
Relate. Refresh. Restore.
Every week, pastors and ministry leaders step into pulpits, counseling rooms, hospital rooms, board meetings and some of the hardest moments in people’s lives.
They pray with us, counsel us, marry us, and bury those we love. They walk with our families through crises, challenge us to grow, and remind us where to turn when life feels impossible.
But who does that for them?
Testimonials
“I have never had my faith shaken before. My spouse and I are hanging by a thread at the moment. Romans 12 came alongside me and offered me time away to seek God’s wisdom.”
“I can't thank you enough for how much of a blessing you and Romans 12 have been to me and my family.”
“What a gift to have an opportunity to hit “reset” on our marriage, and rediscover what is most good, true, and beautiful about God & God’s provision to us in our spouses.”
“If it weren’t for Romans 12 Ministries, my husband would not be in ministry pastoring today.”
“After 20+ years of pouring out in ministry, we had little compassion for each other in our marriage. Also we had so many wounds that we didn’t realize. We experienced deep healing in our very souls through their patience, love, encouragement and the leading of the Holy Spirit. I personally felt my heart soften. I hadn’t realized how much I was hurting. I was able to authentically lament, forgive and surrender all to Jesus.”
Ministry was never meant to happen in a vacuum.
Pastors and ministry leaders spend their lives pouring into others. But when their own marriage is struggling, their family is hurting, or they simply need someone they can trust…where do they turn?
“Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.”
Romans 12:6–8

What can I do to help?
You Are the Reason Lives Are Changed
Strengthen the Leader
Ministry can be incredibly lonely. We create trusted relationships where pastors and ministry leaders can be known, encouraged, and supported.
Restore the Family
Ministry can be incredibly lonely. We create trusted relationships where pastors and ministry leaders can be known, encouraged, and supported.
Build Community
No one should lead alone. We create authentic relationships among ministry leaders who can encourage, challenge, and carry one another through every season.
When we started Romans 12 in 2018, we were serving just a handful of churches. Today, we serve over 140 churches across Southern Arizona!
"As goes the pulpit, so goes the community.”
That statement reminds us of the impact of a pastoral leader. They don’t just lead a church. They influence marriages, families, children, workplaces, neighborhoods, and entire communities.
But that influence cuts both ways.
When ministry leaders are isolated, exhausted or struggling in life, the impact rarely stops with them. Their marriage feels it, their children feel it, their ministry feels it. And eventually, the people they lead feel it, too.
That’s why we believe the work we’re doing together is so important.
Being a pastor or a ministry leader is a lonely profession. You often hold the weight of everyone you serve on your shoulders. But if you are struggling – in your marriage, with your children, with your finances or with your faith – who is there to guide you through those rough patches? Who can you trust to hold those struggles in confidence and walk you through these difficult times? Who will hold up your arms when you are tired?
